The system, which was developed in accordance with HIPAA regulations, improves care delivery and lowers operational inefficiencies by enabling patients and practitioners to easily access, update, and communicate healthcare data.

The main obstacle was making sure that private health information was handled securely while combining e-prescription, record-keeping, and appointment scheduling into one platform. It was essential to have scalability and multi-role access for administrators, physicians, and patients.
